The Coral Gables Preparatory Academy PTSA holds quarterly dances for 6th, 7th and 8th grade students. 

The dances are held during school hours, from 1:30 to 3:00pm in the school’s cafeteria.  As this event is scheduled during regular school hours, parental permission is required for your child to attend.  The cost to participate in the dance is $5.00. 

Students who are not participating in the dance will remain in their classroom.

DANCE RULES  

  1. All school rules will be in effect during the dance. 
  2. Students may wear a fall themed shirt and jeans (all school appropriate as always).  Both shirt and jeans require PTSA lanyard to participate.  lanyard can be purchased in the School Store.   Otherwise, the Friday rugby or school spirit shirts will be allowed.   
  3. All tickets must be purchased by Wednesday, December 17th by 8 PM.  There are no exceptions. 
  4. All sales are final, no refunds will be provided. 
  5. Once a ticket is purchased, an email confirmation receipt will be provided.  
  6. Students will be allowed to wear PJ's to school on Friday, however, all uniform policy must be followed.  PJ's must be school appropriate.  No slippers, crop tops, tank tops, short shorts, inappropriate slogans or images. Violations will not be tolerated.
